A permanent test organisation offers a service to set up and maintain a system test environment. This service involves
the following service levels:

Aim: controlled environment in which the client validates whether the application was built according to
specifications

Test levels: system test and functional acceptance test

Target group: the client’s testers

Interfaces: standard stubs & drivers, but real interfaces possible on demand

Test data: no test data available, client is responsible for this

Security: standard set provided, further management responsibility of the client

Entry criteria: none

Exit criteria: test data eliminated, no remaining data

Tooling: Tools for database manipulation and time travel

Availability: 80% availability during office hours (09:00 – 17:00) with a maximum downtime of 2 hours.
